As a Coach, I provide a place where you can explore your thoughts, dreams, aspirations and figure out how to make them happen.  I ask questions that get you thinking and let you explore your own inner resources - and after that to get into action.  I don't have the answers.  I provide a place for you to discover the answers and move forward with them - TO DO SOMETHING to make it happen.

It's amazing how few people really listen, and that's what I do.  I help you discover for yourself what you want, what makes sense, and how to move foreward.

Together we create a safe environment to explore options, face obstacles and fears, create strategies and achieve desired results.  Some of my clients describe me as a Compassionate-Challenger, one who holds their hands while holding their feet to the fire, others as "Their Secret Weapon".

Here's a brief overview of my beliefs.  I offer them because they influence my coaching style.

*I believe we are all unique with unique combinations of gifts, talents, and skills.  AND, although no two of us are alike, we have common experiences as humans, which means we can learn from each other.  I bring my experiences to the table as part of my coaching.

*I believe that no matter what the circumstance there is always something good that we can draw from it.  I work with my client to discover value in the predicament while overcoming the obstacle.  No matter what you are facing I will work with you to find the good and make something good happen.

*I value integrity, honesty, kindness, respect for all, effectiveness, tenaciousness, and ownership.  I will be honest, tenacious, and respectful of your dreams, values, and beliefs.  I will hold onto your dream for you even if / when you lose sight of it.   I will be with you in an honest, kind, and respectful way.  

*I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian.  I seek to live my life according to the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Church.  That said I will not try to persuade you away from your beliefs.  I honor and respect the path you have chosen.

Personal Information:

I have been married to my husband since 1973, am a mother of three adult children (and a grandmother!).  I earned a B.A. in Education from Bethel College in St. Paul, MN.  I attended all the classes offered by Context Associated, a personal growth and development company, and was hired to help train their volunteers.  From there I went to and graduated from The Academy for Coach Training, Bellevue WA. and I continue my education through Coachville Communities and other seminars as they pertain to my personal and / or professional development.
